Here are some things that have been going on around here lately:
*Got to school to do some usual beginning of the year stuff.
*Met with the gal doing my maternity leave.
*Rented a carpet cleaner-only $20 at Home Depot-woo hoo-thanks to C, we have clean carpets!
*Worked on Baby B's room-it's sooo close to being done! Will post some pictures soon on a separate post.
*Had our weekly non-stress test. Baby B is still doing well and results this time were said to be "perfect". The nurse said not to tell Baby B or he might get a big head-then she chuckled and said "The LAST thing we want is for him to have a big head". I agreed. ha ha
*Cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned some more. Is this what they call nesting?
*Tried out some new recipes.
*Took more naps. The feeling really tired all of the time aspect of pregnancy has officially hit.
*Looked at the fine art developing on my belly-darn, I thought I'd avoided those lovely stretch marks I kept hearing about.
*Found myself more and more taking in the reality that "OMG, I'm going to have a baby soon".
*After doing some reading and going over and over what looked like pretty basic directions, I think I've finally figured out how to install the car seat!
*Finished packing my bags (the hospital classes suggested packing one for labor and one for after labor).
*Indulged in a craving for drumsticks-ice cream, not chicken-yum.
Every week doc appointments begin this week. We've been meeting with the doc every two weeks while going for weekly non-stress tests. Parenthood is definitely closer with beginning our once a week visits!
