Snow Day!

The combination of record freezing temps and snow have led to two snow days in a row. Both days have come as nice surprises. I really was not counting on having today off and found myself cheering when the telephone rang this morning notifying me of the news. As extra sleep is quite welcome right now, the snow days are wonderful for allowing time to snuggle under a warm blanket to catch some zzzzzz's. It has also been nice to get some jobs done around here and catch up on some reading. I'm surrounded by pregnancy books. Who knew that there were so many out there? Among the titles are What to Expect When You're Expecting, Your Pregnancy Week By Week, The Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy, Girlfriends Guide, and yes, even The Mother of All Pregnancy Books. Books and the internet have provided a wealth of information. Hope this note finds each of you staying warm and cozy despite the chilly temperatures!
